Leslie is currently the Director of Choral Activities and Secondary Music Department Chairperson for McDowel (Intermediate) High School, where she has worked since 2007. Prior to that position, she was the Director of Choral Activities for Walnut Creek Middle School, where she worked from January of 2000. At McDowell, Ms. Weber plays for and directs three chorus classes, one of which is an auditioned singing group

Montgomery has been working at First Covenant since 2011.  He received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Westminster College

JoAnn is responsible for the Financial area as well as Membership Administration. She has many years of experience in accounting for a medical device manufacturer then financials and show settlements for the Colorado Springs World Arena with box office sales, season ticketing and customer service.

Lisa has been the Director of the Covenant Preschool since 2005. Before that, she taught for 5 years in the 3's classroom. Lisa has been married to Todd since 1994. They have three children, Justin, Seth, and Madison. The family is active at St. Luke Church and school. Both Seth and Madison attended Covenant Preschool.

Jackie serves as the cook for the First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant.

Luba serves as Custodian for First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant.
