Joseph Kumer, known affectionately to all who work with him as "Seph," was born and adopted in the Philadelphia area. After living in West Chester for eight years, his family moved to the Pittsburgh suburb of Monroeville. There, Seph graduated from Gateway High School. Montgomery has been working with the Children and Youth of FPCC since 2011. He received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Westminster College. His primary focus in college was voice but he has experience as a pianist and percussionist. He has worked in the community in a variety of roles including leading the music for Girard High School's production of "Once Upon a Mattress" and as a substitute teacher. He enjoys helping children and youth discover their gifts and developing these gifts through worship to God. [read more...]

She has many years of experience in accounting for a medical device manufacturer then financials and show settlements for the Colorado Springs World Arena with box office sales, season ticketing and customer service. Lisa has been the Director of the Covenant Preschool since 2005. Before that, she
taught for 5 years in the 3's classroom. Lisa has been married to Todd since 1994.
They have three children, Justin, Seth, and Madison. The family is active at St. Luke
